do i have to supplie my personal bank details to the accountant when i am a partner in a business?
i have recently set up a small business with 3 partners and i just want to know if my accountant has to have my personal bank details when he does the accounts

No you don't, but there should not be any reason why you wouldn't want your Accountant to see your personal bank account details. The only reason to keep your personal banking details away from your Accountant is in order to hide things from that Accountant. Refusing to provide details to an Accountant always hints that you are hiding things and not declaring everything that you should declare. If you want the best possible service from your Accountant then you need to be as open and honest with him as possible.
