Answer 1 :
1. Requirements Please see the relevant portion from the ACCA website; http://www.accaglobal.com/learningproviders/tuition_provider/faq/general#1 " Individuals must have obtained university matriculation (2 A Levels and 3 GCSEs in five separate subjects including English and Mathematics), or equivalent, before they can register as an ACCA student. Individuals normally over 21 years may register through the Mature Student Entry Route (MSER). " You can visit the above link, if it is still not clear to you, you can send your specific inquiry to info@accaglobal.com . they are very professional and prompt in replying queries. You will get an answer insha Allah. but please do not take it as a last resort, it is a highly sough after, internationally recognized qualification. You can become a chartered accountant / chartered certified accountant uniquely after passing ACCA exams. 2. How long it will take / will I get a degree with this There are 14 papers The exams are twice an year The maximum no. of papers per sitting is 4 i.e maximum 8 in an year. and minimum 2.5 years for completion. Thats for full ACCA, but once you clear 9 papers, i.e after 1.5 years, you can apply for B.Sc in applied accountancy from Oxford Brookes university, they have arrangement for that with ACCA. only you need to submit a thesis. So you can become an (partially) qualified accountant within 1.5 years and a fully qualified ACCA by 2.5 years (minimum). Go for it, its good. Best wishes.
