Woud we consider a blonde and female accountant more competitive than any male accountants?

if there is a male boss, yes, but we also have to consider if the blonde female is hot

You cannot say so? Some are blonde bimbos. But some are tough as nails, intimidating and competitive. But generally blondes are perceived as hot/sexy and not too highly intellectual! But if you are in competition with them, don't assume they are easy. Judge wrongly to your own peril!

Any judgement made on the gender would, by definition, be discrimination. This applies when favouring females over males, just the same as if favouring males over females. Its also quite likely that favouring blonde hair would be racial discrimination, on the basis that blonde hair is only common in north European racial groups, and is virtually unheard of in black African and most Asian groups. So if you did consider a blonde, female accountant to be more "competitive" you would be discriminating potentially making yourself liable for a large compensation settlement in favour of any non-female, non-blonde candidates.
